What is Instant Mailing List Manager?
The Instant Mailing Manager is a web application written in PHP language and powered with MySQL database. This software is already installed on our server and ready for your to use. In other words, you do not even have to install the software by your own or on your server. What you have to do is manager your database, distribute your newsletter in plain text, HTML or MIME multipart format. Read more features here.
How do I collect email addresses from my website's visitors?
You can place a joining form on any where of your web pages by simply cut and paste the following HTML codes to your web HTML document:

How do my members unsubscribe from my mailing list?
You may place an Unsubscribe Hyperlink to your newsletter whenever you send out. This can be simply done by adding a variable named "%UNSUBSCRIBE_URL%" while composing, our script will automatically replace the variable with a valid hyperlink for recipient to click on if he/she wishes to unsubscribe from your mailing list.
Will I be notified if someone joins or leaves my mailing list?
Yes. You can enable/disable subscription notification mail by selecting the option in the Setting section of your web-based control panel. System will be automatically sending a mail to your administrative mailbox when someone joins/leaves your mailing list.
Can I apply my existing mailing list to your web-based application?
Yes. You can export your address book to Comma Delimited (CSV) format and import to your database via web-based application control panel. The data stored in CSV format must same as below:

Note that the email address is always the first field, and followed by name. Seperate email address and name by Comma. if no name is entered, the system will assign "anonymous" to its email address.
Can I distribute newsletter to subscribers myself?
Yes. As long as you are able to design your newsletter, you may simply distribute your newsletter whenever you want.
How many subscriber can I distribute to at one time?
Our bulk sending algorithm is able to divide the total number of mail into smaller cycle to avoid server time out possibility. System Message will automatically refresh itself upon each cycle until the entire process is completed. Maximun number of mail can be set from 10 up to 200 mails per time, and cycle interval can also be set from 10 seconds up to 180 seconds.
What if I do not know about designing my newsletter?

Am I allowed to distribute an adult materials or porn newsletter?
No. We do not and will not allow any adult or pron sites. Any account subscribes its website, which contains adult materials, and / or links to adult websites will be suspended. If the materials are not removed, we will terminate the contract service and no refund will be made.
I do not even own a website, can I sign up for your service?
Yes, why not? Newsletter e-Marketing not onlly limits to corporate websites.
